Every implant-supported denture case at Dani Dental opens inside 3Shape Dental System, our primary digital case management platform. Intraoral scans (in .STL or .PLY format) arrive through the portal and are reviewed against the referring clinician's implant chart and scan body selection before a single CAD file is opened. That front-end alignment step is the one most outsourced labs skip, and it is the reason fit issues appear at try-in rather than at design. Bar fabrication runs on a 5-axis milling center using zirconia or titanium stock selected per the case prescription. For milled zirconia bars we use full-contour monolithic blocks sintered to the final shade spec rather than layering over a frame, which removes one fragile interface from the prosthetic. Titanium bars run with a verified-fit protocol: the milled bar is seated against a printed verification jig before the acrylic or ceramic superstructure is bonded. Superstructure work, whether PMMA provisional, acrylic final, or layered ceramic hybrid, is handled in-house at our Arizona facility. No third-party superstructure outsourcing.
