PROCEDURE
Removables
Removable prosthetics built on a digital workflow that Dani Dental has refined since 1993: full and partial dentures, implant, retained overdentures, and flexible partials, all fabricated in, house with a named technician on every case.
- Margins verified against your prescription
- Pre-paid two-way shipping
- Talk to the technician who built it
- Full digital workflow
Every removable case starts with a digital intake review before a single tooth is set. When you send an intraoral scan or a scanned impression, the assigned technician verifies occlusal vertical dimension, ridge contour, and phonetic landmarks against your prescription before entering fabrication. If a discrepancy shows up at intake, you hear about it within four business hours, not after a try, in appointment that should not have happened. For full dentures, Dani Dental uses a diagnostic wax, try workflow anchored in a documented tooth, library system. Shade, mold, and tooth arrangement are confirmed against the patient's photographs and your prescription notes before processing. The acrylic base is pressure, processed, not heat, cured open, air, which reduces porosity and extends denture lifespan in the chair. Implant, retained overdentures follow the same base protocol, with Locator or ball, attachment housings processed chairside, ready and verified for seating depth before shipment. Flexible partials use Valplast, certified processing exclusively. Dani Dental does not substitute generic nylon materials regardless of cost pressure. Every flexible partial is polished to a 1200, grit finish on the tissue, bearing surface, reducing soft, tissue irritation and the frequency of post, insertion adjustments. If a clasp engages incorrectly on the model, it is re, done before the case ships, not after your patient is in the chair. Cast metal partial frameworks are designed in, house using CAD software before casting. The digital framework design is submitted back to the prescribing doctor for approval before the framework goes to metal. This one step, which most labs skip in the interest of throughput, eliminates the single most common cause of partial framework remakes: a rest seat or clasp position the doctor would have changed if they had been shown the design first. Every shipped case includes the technician's direct phone number, the case number, and a brief fabrication note flagging anything unusual observed during production. That note is not a liability disclaimer. It is the technician handing the case to the clinician in writing, the same way they would do it in person if the lab were across the street from your practice.
