THE DETAIL

How we build it.

Most national-volume labs processing All-on-X cases in the Arizona market run a model built around throughput: scan files enter a queue, frameworks emerge from a milling center, and the clinician on the other end has no named contact to call when something needs to be verified before placement. That model works until it doesn't, and the failure mode is a remake at the worst possible moment, after the patient is already in the chair. Dani Dental runs a different model. One technician is assigned to your case from scan review through final glaze. That technician reviews the implant positions before milling begins and flags dimensional concerns before the arch is cut, not after it arrives at your practice. From a material standpoint, not every lab offering zirconia is offering the same zirconia. High-translucency, fully sintered monolithic material in the correct shade and opacity range for an edentulous arch looks categorically different from standard-grade block material stained to match. Our shade library and glaze protocol are calibrated specifically for full-arch restorations, where the gingival emergence profile and the incisal translucency both need to hold up under close clinical inspection. We have been doing this in Arizona since 1993, which means we have iterated on the protocol for the specific lighting conditions, patient demographics, and clinician expectations of this market. On cost: we are transparent about ranges. Full-arch zirconia frameworks are quoted per-case before we begin, with no add-on fees for standard stain and glaze, digital file review, or the technician call included at delivery. Practices that have moved accounts from high-volume network labs typically recoup the per-case fee difference within two to three fewer remake events per quarter.

GETTING CASES TO US

Logistics, to the bench.

Goodyear's patient base skews toward long-term West Valley residents: people who have lived in the area since before the PebbleCreek buildout, who have been managing failing dentitions for years, and who arrive at your chair expecting a definitive solution. All-on-X zirconia is that solution. Dani Dental fabricates full-arch monolithic zirconia prosthetics designed around the digital workflow your practice is already running. Submit an intraoral scan or CBCT file, and the lab returns a framework engineered to your implant positions with verified occlusal contacts, not a generic arch that needs chairside grinding to fit. The zirconia we use is fully sintered, high-translucency material selected for long-arch durability. Monolithic construction means no porcelain overlay to chip, no labial veneer to delaminate. For the edentulous or near-edentulous patient who wants a fixed solution that will still look and function well at the five-year follow-up, monolithic zirconia is the correct material call. We mill, stain, glaze, and inspect each arch in-house, so there is no outsourcing step introducing a second lab's quality variable into your case. Practices in the Goodyear corridor, including those in the Estrella and Palm Valley areas, typically see higher full-arch conversion rates when they can show patients a predictable delivery timeline. We help you hold that timeline. Cases submitted with complete records by Tuesday noon ship Friday. Rush production windows of 3 business days are available for an additional fee when your surgical schedule demands it. Your assigned technician's direct line ships with the case, not a general support queue.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What practices ask

What digital file formats does Dani Dental accept for All-on-X zirconia cases from Goodyear practices?
We accept STL and PLY files from all major intraoral scanner systems, including iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, and Carestream. CBCT DICOM files are accepted for implant position verification prior to framework design. If your practice uses a scan-to-design workflow with a specific software platform, contact your assigned technician directly to confirm file compatibility before the case is submitted.
How long does a standard All-on-X zirconia full-arch case take from scan submission to delivery?
Standard production is 5 to 7 business days from receipt of complete records. Complete records means a clean intraoral scan or CBCT file, implant position data, shade selection, and the opposing arch. Incomplete submissions restart the clock from the point of completion. A 3-business-day rush option is available for an additional fee. Goodyear-area practices can use courier pickup or overnight shipping to fit those windows.
Is monolithic zirconia the right material choice for every All-on-X patient?
For most edentulous or near-edentulous All-on-X cases, monolithic zirconia is the correct material call. No porcelain overlay means no chipping risk, and high-translucency material in current-generation zirconia reads naturally in the anterior zone. Where a patient has extreme aesthetic demands and lower occlusal load risk, we can discuss layered options. Your assigned technician will flag any case where the material selection warrants a conversation before milling begins.
What happens if the framework does not seat correctly at placement?
If a framework fabricated from complete, accurate records does not seat at placement, contact your technician directly, not a general support line, within 48 hours. We will evaluate whether the issue traces to a scan artifact, an implant position change, or a lab fabrication variable. Remakes attributable to a lab error are prioritized and produced at no charge. Our current remake rate across full-arch zirconia cases is under 2.5%.
Can Goodyear practices send physical impressions instead of digital scans for All-on-X cases?
Yes. Physical PVS or polyether impressions are accepted and poured in-house. Analog impressions typically add 1 to 2 business days to the production window for pour and scan. For full-arch All-on-X cases, digital intraoral scanning or CBCT capture is strongly preferred because it eliminates the dimensional variables introduced by impression material distortion across a long-span arch. We will note the submission type on every case acknowledgment.
Does Dani Dental offer a shade consultation for full-arch zirconia prosthetics?
Yes. For full-arch cases where the patient has strong aesthetic expectations, we encourage a pre-case shade call with your assigned technician before submission. Bring the patient's natural tooth shade (if any remaining teeth are present), gingival color reference, and any photos from prior restorations. That 10-minute call has measurably reduced remake requests tied to shade mismatch. Contact us to schedule before submitting the scan file.
