Material selection defaults to your Rx; if no preference is specified, the technician assigned to your case recommends based on prep reduction and opposing dentition noted on the form.
Can Goodyear practices send intraoral scan files directly instead of physical impressions?
Yes. The lab accepts .STL, .PLY, and native files from the major IOS platforms including iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, and Carestream. Upload links are provided with each account setup. Physical PVS impressions are still accepted and poured in-house at no added fee. Scan files generally reduce total turnaround by one calendar day because the pour-and-scan step is eliminated.

Implant-retained milled restorations (screw-retained or cement-retained) are priced separately from tooth-retained crowns because they require abutment design, emergence profile verification, and in some cases Ti-base integration. What happens if a milled restoration does not seat correctly after delivery?
Contact the assigned technician directly on the day of the seating appointment.
