How should I submit shade information for a Las Vegas cosmetic case?
The cleanest submission includes a shade tab photograph taken in natural light, a photo of the adjacent teeth without retraction, and a written note calling out any specific dentin bands, incisal translucency, or surface texture you want matched. We also accept Vita Classical and Vita 3D-Master designations as a starting point, but anterior esthetic cases that rely only on a tab number without photography have a higher remake rate. Submit the file through our secure case portal or email directly to your assigned technician. We do not require any proprietary file format or scanner brand. If you are scanning in Las Vegas and want to confirm compatibility before your first case, call us and we will do a test file review at no charge.
How does named-technician accountability work in practice?
When you submit an anterior bridge case to Dani Dental, the case is assigned to one technician by name before design begins. That technician handles design review, framework evaluation, layering, characterization, and final glaze. Their name and direct phone number ship with the case. If you have a question at seating, or if your patient returns with a concern at the two-week check, you call that technician directly. What happens if the bridge does not seat or the shade is off?
Call or text the technician whose number came with the case. For fit issues, we want photographs of the prep, the bridge on the model, and ideally an intraoral photo at trial seating. For shade concerns, a photograph under natural light next to the adjacent teeth is the fastest path to a resolution. If the issue is attributable to our build, we remake at no charge. If the prep or impression changed between the submission and seating, we will walk through what happened and find the fastest path to a seated case.
