Every guard ships with the fabricating technician's direct contact line and a fit-verification checklist. If your patient reports a fit problem, call or email the technician directly. We do not route clinical questions through a general support queue. Confirmed fabrication errors are remade at no charge, typically within 3 business days of receiving the corrected impression or updated scan.
