We keep common Locator and ERA housings in stock to avoid attachment sourcing delays.
Do you require a physical impression, or can I send a digital scan?
Digital scans are preferred. We accept STL files from all major intraoral scanners including iTero, Trios, Medit, and Carestream. If your workflow still involves a physical impression for edentulous arches, we can work from a poured model, but digital intake eliminates the distortion variable that matters most in passive-fit implant prosthetics.

How do you handle a seating issue after delivery?
If a snap-on overdenture doesn't seat correctly at delivery, call the technician directly. Every case ships with that person's direct line.
