Dominique began her career after graduating from the Westford College of Real Estate and later transitioned into Human Resources in 2008. She earned multiple awards through Toastmasters International Education Programs, strengthening her communication and leadership foundation.
As Dani Dental’s Human Resources Director, she oversees recruiting, onboarding, retention, and performance systems, building strong frameworks for hiring, compliance, and workflow structure. Dominique upholds the Dobrikov family’s three‑generation standard of precise work, direct communication, and accountability for every case that leaves the lab.
